SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY (english)
Your order will be shipped within 3 working days under normal conditions, but due to the conditions during the pandemic process, it varies regionally due to the restrictions imposed by the cargo companies on a branch basis. This period can be between 1-10 working days. Your cargo will be delivered within 1 week with DHL Worldwide Express.
You can check your orders under My Account, My Orders and view the status of your orders. You will be informed by e-mail when your order is shipped.
You can write to us for any changes regarding your orders.
If you want to return your products after receiving your order, please contact us via our e-mail address within 14 working days from the delivery date at the latest.
After your product reaches us, it will be examined by the relevant departments and approved for its return. This process takes 2-5 working days on average.
You must send the product(s) to us in its original packaging, undamaged, unused, undamaged as a result of misuse.
Return conditions apply for product exchange. Your product that meets these conditions is returned and a new order is created for the product you want to change.
According to the "Right of Withdrawal Without Reason" article in the Consumer Law, it is the first 14 working days from the date you receive the product. You can return the product you received within thirty days from the date of delivery, in case of returns due to any defect arising from the product.
It checks the compliance of the returned products with the return conditions. You will be notified by e-mail when your return is accepted and your refund is received by us. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is determined by the bank and we cannot intervene.

Siparişiniz normal şartlarda 3 iş günü içerisinde kargoya verilecektir ancak Pandemi sürecindeki koşullar yüzünden kargo şirketlerinin şube bazında uygulamaya koyduğu kısıtlamalar nedeniyle bölgesel olarak farklılık göstermektedir. Bu süre 1-10 iş günü arasına çıkabilmektedir. Kargolarınız DHL Worldwide Express ile 1 hafta içinde teslim edilir.
Siparişlerinizi, Hesabım, Siparişlerim başlığı altından kontrol edebilir ve siparişlerinizin durumunu görüntüleyebilirsiniz Siparişiniz kargoya verildiği anda tarafınıza e-mail ile bilgi verilecektir.
Vermiş olduğunuz siparişlerinizle ilgili herhangi bir değişiklik için bize yazabilirsiniz.
Siparişinizi teslim aldıktan sonra ürünlerinizi iade etmek istiyorsanız, teslim tarihinden en geç 14 iş günü içerisinde e-posta adresimizden bizimle iletişime geçiniz.
Ürününüz tarafımıza ulaştıktan sonra, ilgili birimlerce incelenecek ve iadesi için onay verilecektir. Bu süreç ortalama 2-5 iş gününü almaktadır.
Ürün(ler) orjinal ambalajı hasar görmemiş, kullanılmamış, kullanım hatası sonucu zarar görmemiş haliyle tarafımıza yollamanız gerekmektedir.
Ürün değişimi için iade şartları geçerlidir. Bu şartlara uyan ürününüz iade alınmakta ve değişikliğini istediğiniz ürün için adınıza yeni sipariş oluşturulmaktadır.
Tüketici Kanunu’ndaki, "Sebep Göstermeden Cayma Hakkı" maddesine göre, ürünü teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren ilk 14 iş günüdür. Üründen kaynaklanan herhangi bir kusur sebebiyle yapacağınız iadelerde de, aldığınız ürünü teslim tarihinden itibaren otuz gün içerisinde iade edebilirsiniz.
İade ettiğiniz ürünlerin iade şartlarına uygunluğunu kontrol etmektedir. İadeniz kabul edildiğinde ve tarafımızdan para iadeniz gerçekleştiğinde e-mail ile bilgilendirileceksiniz. İadenin hesabınıza yansıma süresi banka tarafından belirlenmektedir ve tarafımızdan müdahale edilememektedir.
